One seat per room. UW community members may request a lactation room code by completing our request form (UW NetID required). After you submit the request form, HS Building Management will contact you via email to make an appointment to obtain the code. To ensure the safety of all lactation room users, it is our policy that new users must obtain the code in-person. If attending an event, contact the event organizer.
