Employee recognition opportunities abound at the University of Washington. From university-wide ceremonies to individual team accomplishments, there are various ways to celebrate employees and their achievements.
UW Service Recognition Program
For every five years of continuous service, all permanent classified and professional staff are recognized for their dedicated work.
WA State Employee Suggestion Program
The State of Washington administers recognition programs to encourage innovation, eliminate waste and reduce unnecessary spending. State employees may submit ideas to the WA State Productivity Board. Please contact Gwyneth Parmar at gparmar@uw.edu with questions.
