Service levels and fees
As a self-sustaining unit, UTemp charges an hourly service fee that covers recruiting and screening applicants, connecting qualified candidates with suitable temporary work opportunities, performing position management in Workday, onboarding and offboarding business processes, and supporting employee relations and performance needs.
Managing UTemp assignments
Learn about onboarding your temporary employee, beginning and ending assignments, and partnering with UTemp throughout the duration of the temp assignment.
Using an outside agency
For some work needs, UTemp may refer a hiring client to contract with an outside contingent staffing agency.
