Humans and organizations have boundless capacity for inventing and reinventing themselves, though at times they may become limited or get stuck due to mental blocks, conflict, force of habit, fear, or lack of vision. I bring a multi-disciplinary background in organizational theory, communications, innovation, and human resources, along with international experience working in large organizations, to help clients get unstuck, shift perceptions about themselves and their organization, resolve conflict, create new pathways for creative thinking, and become more effective, clear-headed, and engaged.
