UWHR Teams Run Successful Workshops for Managers and Supervisors of WFSE and SEIU 925 Staff
In response to workplace concerns raised during the successful round of coalition bargaining last summer, UW HR Operations, UW Medicine Human Resources, and UW Medicine Organizational Development & Training teamed up earlier this month to offer a workshop titled “The Supervisor’s Role in Creating a Positive Work Environment.” Over 350 managers and supervisors of WFSE and SEIU 925 staff from main campus and the medical centers attended one of the two sessions presented by Peter Denis, Erin Rice, and Jon Payne.
