Form I-9 requirements
All new employees must complete the Employment Eligibility Verification Form I-9 and present original document(s) that establish their identity and employment authorization within three business days of their first day of employment.
Required trainings for employees
As part of onboarding, all UW employees, including student employees, are required to take the following trainings within 31 days from the start of their UW employment.
UAW EPIC trainings
EPIC is a program to prevent sexual harassment and gender discrimination. EPIC was created by and for UW academic student employees and postdoctoral scholars — including graduate and undergraduate teaching assistants, research assistants, staff assistants, graders, and tutors.
