UW & SEIU 1199NW UWMC-NW/UWMPC Successor Agreement Ratified

We’re pleased to announce that the membership of UWMC-NW/UWMPC has voted in favor of ratifying the successor contract. The terms of the agreement are effective as of 11/26/25, unless otherwise specified, and pay increases are currently being implemented. Copies of the tentative agreements were replaced with the final agreement located on the main page for the UWMC-NW/UWMPC contract.

SEIU 1199 – UWMC-NW Last, Best, and Final Offer

For this update, we are sharing a communication that was sent to employees of UWMC-Northwest from the CEO on July 31. The communication is as follows: Dear UWMC Faculty and Staff, Last  evening, after months of negotiations, the UWMC-Northwest management team presented our last, best and final offer to our labor partners from SEIU 1199NW on a 2021-23 contract.
