October 28, 2026 – Cancer research. Patient support. Advocacy. Real impact.
Join us as to learn more about the 2026 UW Combined Fund Drive and meet our featured nonprofit, the American Cancer Society (ACS). Learn how ACS is helping advance groundbreaking research, support patients and families, and improve access to lifesaving care. Come connect with colleagues, get inspired and discover how you can be part of the fight against cancer.
During this session, you’ll hear directly from ACS representatives about the multifaceted work being done across our state and nation to advance lifesaving breakthroughs, remove barriers to care, and ensure patients and their families never have to face a diagnosis alone.
This virtual event will include:
- An inside look at how ACS funds pioneering cancer research and fosters future scientific leaders
- An overview of vital patient and family support services, from lodging to 24/7 guidance
- A discussion on advocacy efforts that expand access to early detection and equitable healthcare
