This policy is established in accordance with WAC 357-16-150.

This policy is established in in accordance with WAC 357-28-030 and 357-28-035. The compensation plan for classified non-union staff will comply with other applicable federal and state laws and regulations.
Probation and Trial Service Policy for Classified Non-Union Staff
The purpose of this policy is to comply with the requirements of WAC 357-19-090 by establishing the employer’s basis for determining and notifying an employee.
Performance Management Policy for Classified Non-Union Staff
The purpose of this policy is to comply with WAC 357-37-015 by establishing the key points of the University of Washington’s performance management process for classified non-union staff.
Corrective Action Policy for Permanent Classified Non-Union Staff
The purpose of this policy is to define the progressive corrective action process, as authorized by WAC 357-40-015, used when an employee fails to meet job performance and/or behavior requirements, except in certain cases.
