Child care at Harborview
The University of Washington Children’s Center at Harborview offers year-round care to infants, toddlers, preschool and Kindergarten Prep and is operated by Bright Horizons. Priority
Level 1: Siblings of children currently enrolled at this childcare center
Level 2: Children of Harborview employees with “critical hire/retention” priority (Requires the recommendation by appointing authority and approval by the Vice President for UWHR.)
Level 3: Children of UW employees who work at Harborview in PEBB benefits-eligible appointments that are half-time or more.
Level 4: Children of UW employees who work in other locations in PEBB benefits-eligible appointment that are half-time of more AND children of post-doctoral scholars with a stipend.
Level 5: Children of employees paid direct from another institution or agency that have a position with the University of Washington.
Level 6: Children of UW students enrolled appropriately for their degree program; enrolled and attending at least part time (undergrad/graduate: 6 credits; professional students: 5 credits)
