Advisers and Continuum College: Unfair Labor Practice Update
The University has appealed the Unfair Labor Practice (ULP) finding related to missed merit increases for Advisers and former professional staff at Continuum College. At the same time, we have informed the Union that we intend to provide compensation for the missed increases as soon as practicable.
While the appeal moves forward, the University has continued working toward a possible settlement. A settlement offer was presented on September 30. The Union provided its first counter on October 24. The University submitted a revised offer on October 30, and as of this update, the Union has not accepted the offer or submitted an additional counterproposal.
