Affinity groups overview

Build your community by participating in one UW’s affinity groups for staff and faculty. These groups foster a sense of community in the workplace where all employees feel seen, heard and valued and are also a great way to build your network and foster connections.

Along with amplifying voices of the groups listed below, affinity groups at the UW provide space for connection, support, and community-building around shared interests. Participation is open to all UW employees—whether to find community or to support and learn from others.
