Kevin Meenaghan – Wardroom Success Strategies

Consultant Eric Davis

PHILOSOPHY STATEMENT

My mission: Conduct individual and team coaching and consulting resulting in individuals and teams that understand and work with each other to better serve customers, produce a better product and become more self-managed. I focus on maximizing individual and team natural strengths, increase communication style understanding, and shepherd teams to be on the same page. I help to significantly reposition an organizations culture and positive intent.

I don’t know it all. The people with whom I have the opportunity to work do. My job is to provide the right foundations and environment to help people discover themselves and each other, leading to more engaged, productive and fulfilled leaders, managers, individuals and teams. I aim to make a significant, culture-shifting impact to leaders, managers, teams, businesses and our communities.

Working with us, you will have happy, productive, collaborative, self-managed leaders, teams and organizations, resulting in increased revenue/profits/sales/reputation, reduced turnover, increased community engagement and partnerships, smooth and “communicated” change and transitions (successions), and engaged and productive team-members.
