Leave of absence without pay

“Leave of absence without pay” describes an unpaid leave of absence that may be approved depending on certain circumstances.

Military duty leave and military family leave

University employees who are in the uniformed services, and their spouses, are entitled to employment protections under the Uniformed Services Employment and Reemployment Rights Act (USERRA).

Professional leave

For employees who work on a project or acquire knowledge and/or experience that will enhance the individual’s future contributions to the University.
