PHILOSOPHY STATEMENT

Communication Resources Northwest has provided organizational development services to public and private organizations for more than 30 years, maintaining a strong local presence in Washington. Led by Meg Winch, our group of consultants specializes in team communication, training design and development, and facilitation, providing a full range of these services to public clients.

Our organizational development work is focused on best practices in both the consulting services we provide as well as the ways we provide service to our customers.
