Student Hourly Overtime w/OASI

(Social Security taxes deducted)

Premium paid for work in excess of 40 hours in a 7 day work week for UW student employees.

Wages are subject to Social Security taxes:

  • For Undergraduates when credits taken are below 6.
  • For Graduates when credits taken are below 5.
  • For thesis/dissertation students (700-800 course) when credits taken are below 2.

(See SHO if credits taken are equal to or greater than these limits.)
