RSWRegular Standby Pay - Contract (WFSE Contract Classified staff only) | Used for payment of hours when an off-duty employee is required to be on standby status and available to come into work when called. Standby status ends when the employee arrives at work. In addition to the pay received while on standby, an employee called to work will be paid at his/her regular salary for all hours worked. For Health Care Professionals/Technical (HCPT) classes use earnings type RST. For other Contract Classified classes, use earnings type RSC. For Medical Centers' employees use earnings type RSH. For Nurses use earnings type RSN. | Contract Classified jobs represented by WFSE No limitations within this employment type, EXCEPT Health Care Professional/Technical job classes which are not eligible to use this earnings type. | Eligible hours x $1.00 per hour FTE: NO Department - ETR |
