RSCRegular Standby Pay - Contract (Contract Classified staff only) | Used for payment of hours when an off-duty employee is required to be on standby status and available to come into work when called. Standby status ends when the employee arrives at work. When called in from standby status, the employee shall receive two (2) hours bonus pay plus time actually worked. The bonus pay shall be compensated at straight time; time worked shall be compensated at time and one-half (1-1/2). For Health Care Professionals/Technical (HCPT) classes use earnings type RST. For Classified Non-Union classes use earnings type RSB. For Medical Centers' employees use earnings type RSH. For Nurses use earnings type RSN. For Contract Classified jobs represented by WFSE use earnings type RSW. | Contract Classified jobs represented by SEIU Local 925 No limitations within this employment type, EXCEPT Health Care Professional/ Technical job classes which are not eligible to use this earnings type. | Eligible hours x $1.75 per hour FTE: NO Department - ETR |
