Non-HCPT Permanent Shift Differential - Negotiated
(SEIU Local 925 classes NOT already receiving a higher shift differential)
For premium pay for work time in which a majority of time falls between 5pm and 7am when employee is permanently assigned to a qualifying shift for specific approved classes only.
Employee receives shift premium for all paid work and paid leave time used unless temporary assignment to non-qualifying shift is greater than 5 consecutive working days.
Once a shift is identified as eligible, shift differential applies to all hours of qualifying shift.
Use for all SEIU 925 classes EXCEPT Healthcare Professional/Technical (HCPT) classes or other classes which are eligible for a higher premium.
Eligible hours x $1.00 per hour
Department - OPUS for permanent assignment
ETR/PTR - If not permanently assigned to second shift, use earnings type 2SC.
