DEFINITION

Assist in the review, evaluation, and design of forms.

DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS

This class is distinguished by assignment to basic forms design work and providing assistance to higher level forms analysts in the analysis and design of forms.

TYPICAL WORK

Collect information from the field and assist in the review and analysis of forms and forms problems;

Draft new and modified forms, under supervision;

Expedite forms ordering and provide production information;

Perform related duties as required.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS - UW Contract Classified
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS - Classified Non-Union

A Bachelor's Degree in business administration, accounting, industrial engineering or closely related field. Experience in forms design or management may be substituted on a year-for-year basis for required education.

Equivalent education/experience will substitute for all minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license/certification/registration.

Examination Requirements:

A job element examination (including written, E & T and oral components) scored on the basis of job related experience, training, skill, ability and other elements which are established through job analysis.
