Registered Nurse Permanent Night Shift Differential.
Premium pay for work time in which majority of time falls between 11pm and 7am when employee is permanently assigned to a qualifying shift. Employee receives shift premium for all paid work and paid leave time used unless temporary assignment to non-qualifying shift is greater than 5 consecutive working days.
Once a shift has been identified as eligible, the shift differential applies to all hours of a qualifying shift.
Use limited to these job class codes only.
Eligible hours x $3.75/hour
Department - OPUS for permanent assignment
ETR/PTR - If not permanently assigned to second shift, use earnings type SD3.
