Payment to a SEIU Local 925 or WFSE bargaining unit employee in lieu of all or part of the 20 work day advance notice prior to layoff.

This applies only to those employees covered by the bargaining unit contract (7/1/05-6/30/07), and only at the time of layoff.

Eligible hours x hourly rate equivalent to full-time monthly salary added to gross salary
