Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Specialty Premium

Premium payment to Nurse Practitioners (PA-ARNP and PAC-ARNP Lead) performing Neonatal specialty work at UWMC.

The 25% premium represents a 6.25% In-Patient Assignment and a 18.75% NNP Specialty.

The 25% premium is calculated on base pay only and does not include overtime payments.

For use only when Neonatal Nurse Practitioner Specialty pay is not temporarily assigned under the existing temporary earnings code NNT .
