NCHNurse Certification Pay - Overtime Half-Rate (Nurses only) | Half-time portion of the premium pay for overtime work performed by nurses certified in a specialty area by a national organization and approved for use by the Associate Administrator of Patient Care Services or Designee. A certified nurse is eligible for only one certification premium regardless of other certifications held. Must be used jointly with earnings type NCP or NCT when overtime is earned.
