MD3Modality Pay 3 (Medical Centers only) | For staff performing as shift lead OR for staff assigned as a preceptor to other staff. Services are provided 24 hours per day, seven days per week. While there is not a lead or supervisor scheduled for each shift within this timeframe, there is a need for some lead duties and responsibilities to be performed. Preceptors will be assigned to staff in training. Premium levels will not be compounded. Employees who are receiving Level 2 premium pay, who are scheduled for lead or preceptor duties, will be compensated at the highest rate for the duration of the in-charge assignment. | Use is limited to specific Health Care Professional/Technical classifications at the University of Washington Medical Center and Harborview Medical Center.
