Premium paid for time worked in which the majority of hours fall between 11pm and 7am when employee is permanently assigned to a qualifying shift. Employees receive shift premium for all work and paid leave time used unless temporary assignment to non-qualifying shift is greater than 5 consecutive working days. Once a shift has been identified as eligible, the shift differential applies to all hours of a qualifying shift. | Contract Classified
