WSNA Permanent 3rd Shift Differential
Registered Nurse Permanent Night Shift Differential.
Premium paid for time worked in which the majority of hours fall between 11pm and 7am when employee is permanently assigned to a qualifying shift. Employees receive shift premium for all work and paid leave time used unless temporary assignment to non-qualifying shift is greater than 5 consecutive working days.
Once a shift has been identified as eligible, the shift differential applies to all hours of a qualifying shift.

Eligible hours x $4.25 per hour
Department - OPUS for permanent assignment
ETR/PTR - If not permanently assigned to second shift, use earnings type SD4
