CNUCertification Pay - Temporary | When employees obtain certification in a specialty area by a national organization and working in that area of certification (which is in addition to certifications listed as the class specification minimum qualifications). The employee shall be paid one dollar ($1.00) per hour provided the certification has been approved by management and the employee continues to meet all educational and other requirements to keep the certification current and in good standing. An employee is eligible for only one certification premium regardless of other certifications the employee may have. For use when certification pay is not permanently assigned under the existing permanent earnings code CNQ. | Contract Classified Use limited to specific Health Care Professional/Technical classifications.
