Together We Will Awards
While we believe the true honor is the nomination itself, the selection committee is excited to award $1,500 to up to 20 of the most outstanding nominations. Nominations will be evaluated first to ensure the nominee meets baseline eligibility criteria and then rated using the rubric below.
Baseline eligibility criteria
- Nominee is currently employed by UW in a contract-covered, classified non-union, or professional staff position with a 50% or greater regular appointment.
- Nominee has been employed at UW for a minimum of six months as of October 25, 2021.
Basis for ratings
- Nominee contributed to the day-to-day operations critical to our medical centers and our campuses, enhanced research and patient care through the public health crisis and/or participated in diversity, equity and inclusion programs at the UW, including anti-racism efforts.
- Nomination includes specific examples of the nomineeās excellence and illustrates the impact that staff member has made on the UW community through excellent customer service or create innovative solutions.
