There is no need to schedule a time to use it, if the room is empty it is available for use.<\/p>\n<p>For privacy, slide the notification sign to the \u201cIn Use\u201d position. When leaving the space, please remember to move the sign back to the \u201cVacant\u201d position to notify others that the room is available for use.
