Northwest Hospital carryover time off<\/i><\/a><\/h4>

All staff who worked in eligible positions at University of Washington Medical Center \u2013 Northwest prior to January 1, 2020 may have a balance of Northwest Hospital carryover time off, which should be used prior to using sick time off.<\/p><\/div>

Overtime compensatory time<\/i><\/a><\/h4>

Understand how and when employees earn overtime pay and compensatory time.<\/p><\/div>

Prior Washington state service credit and transfer between state of Washington employers<\/i><\/a><\/h4>

Months of service, vacation, and sick time off credit for previous Washington state employment. <\/p><\/div>

Taking time off for an event or activity during the work day<\/i><\/a><\/h4>

Guidance for when supervisor approval and\/or time off requests are required for employee participation in work-related events such as orientations, trainings, online courses, and community building activities. <\/p><\/div>

UW neighborhood clinics carryover time off<\/i><\/a><\/h4>

All staff who worked in eligible positions at UW Neighborhood Clinics (UWNC) prior to January 1, 2021 may have a balance of UWNC carryover time off, which was converted from their Extended Illness Bank (EIB).<\/p><\/div>
