Please review the information on this page carefully as training requirements are based on specific roles, as defined below.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u201cHiring authorities\u201d<\/strong> are those responsible for making the hiring decision, for example a dean, a hiring manager, or a delegate for a dean or hiring manager.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cSearch committee members\u201d<\/strong> can include anyone participating in any part of the hiring and selection process, including creating the job posting, advertising a job, screening resumes, performing phone screenings, and participating on interview committees.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u201cAll hiring roles\u201d<\/strong> includes the roles above as well as anyone participating in a recruiting capacity. &#8220;All staff hiring roles&#8221;
