Sept. 10, 9 a.m. &#8211; 12 p.m. (online via Zoom)<\/a>. <em><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW250274312 BCX0\">Class is full; you may register for the waitlist<\/span><span class=\"NormalTextRun SCXW250274312 BCX0\">.<\/span><\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<h3><strong>Series design<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>The concepts in many of the UW Management Fundamentals classes are designed to build upon each other. <\/strong>For a superior learning experience, POD advises taking the following classes in this order, if possible:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Learning to Lead (Q0200)<\/li>\n<li>Managing Employee Performance (Q0570)<\/li>\n<li>Tactical Leadership (Q1860)<\/li>\n<li>Managing Corrective Action at UW (Q0070)<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Other UW Management Fundamentals classes may be taken on an as-needed basis:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Employment Law and UW Policies (Q0350)<\/li>\n<li>Implementing Equitable Hiring Practices (Q0140)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Funding these classes aligns with UWHR\u2019s strategic focus to develop programs that are both inclusive and equitable and that enhance manager expertise;
