PHILOSOPHY STATEMENT

My purpose as a facilitator is to assist leaders in harnessing and executing a strategic and tactical plan of professional and personal expansion. Using Systems Thinking, Appreciative Inquiry, and Progressive and Compassionate Leadership modalities, leaders can function at the highest level of expression. I thrive on using perspective shifting and interrogation as essential ingredients to inspire holistic development.

My approach to leadership is both inspirational and inquisitive. From this awareness, we can create unlimited possibilities for high functioning and adaptable teams, and space for stimulating intellectual curiosity from a vision of respect, equity, diversity, and inclusion.
