Since then, the parties have had five mediation sessions on August 12th and 13th, September 22nd, October 13th and 21st.<\/p>\n<p>In addition to the TA&#8217;s that were reached prior to mediation, the following articles have been TA&#8217;d during the last several mediation sessions:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Article 11 &#8211; Educational and Professional Development<\/li>\n<li>Article 17 &#8211; Vacation Schedule<\/li>\n<li>Article 36 &#8211; Corrective Action\/Dismissal Process<\/li>\n<li>Article 49 &#8211; Salary Overpayment Recovery<\/li>\n<li>Appendix VIII &#8211; PA-ARNP New Hire Wages<\/li>\n<li>MOU &#8211; Negotiations for the 2025-2027 Agreement<\/li>\n<li>MOU &#8211; Pre-Scheduled Voluntary Doubletime Shift Incentive for Critical Staffing Needs<\/li>\n<li>Side Letter D &#8211; END Tech Call Back<\/li>\n<li>Side Letter I &#8211; PA-ARNP Training Workgroup<\/li>\n<li>New Article &#8211; Inclement Weather and Suspended Operations<\/li>\n<li>New MOU &#8211; Facilitated Mediation (Cross Entity Float Pool)<\/li>\n<li>New MOU &#8211; Language Pay<\/li>\n<li>New MOU &#8211; Non-Monetary Steps<\/li>\n<li>New Side Letter &#8211; Breaks and Staffing Compliance<\/li>\n<li>New Union MOU &#8211; SANE\/FNE Nruses<\/li>\n<li>New MOU &#8211; Nursing Advancement Exploration Group<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The outstanding articles include:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Article 9 &#8211; Hours of Work and Overtime<\/li>\n<li>Article 45 &#8211; Wages and Other Pay Provisions<\/li>\n<li>Side Letter K &#8211; Standby Hours<\/li>\n<li>New MOU &#8211; ATR Transition and Rounding Practice<\/li>\n<li>New MOU &#8211; Interventional Cardiovascular Tech Lead \/ New Union MOU &#8211; Radiology Lead R&amp;R<\/li>\n<li>New MOU &#8211; RN R&amp;R<\/li>\n<li>New MOU &#8211; New Top Step Table BR<\/li>\n<li>New Union MOU &#8211; Standby pilot<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Next Steps<br \/>\nAt this time, there are no additional bargaining-mediation sessions scheduled.<\/p>\n<p>UW and SEIU 1199NW have been engaged in negotiations for a successor contract since March. The current contract expired on July 31, 2025.
