Recaps are published online on the <a href=\"https:\/\/hr.uw.edu\/labor\/academic-and-student-unions\/uaw-ase\/ase-negotiation-updates\">UW Labor Relations website.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>This is the first session with a Public Employment Relations Commission mediator.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Status Update<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>The Employer and the Union have reached agreement on 33 out of 37 articles. Slight improvements to the vision coverage of the plan<\/p>\n<p>\nStarting October 1, 2026, ASEs would pay 15% of the premiums, with the University paying 85%.
