Broad skillsets and unique expertise, bring the HR Benefits, Analytics & Information Systems (HRBAIS) team together to offer program and policy management for UW employee health plans, retirement plans, life insurance, and long-term disability coverage. You will see some of the team front and center at Welcome Day or providing Ready to Retire seminars.<\/p>\n

Others on the HRBAIS team work behind-the-scenes providing UW Human Resources and the UW community with tools, guidance, and systems support to manage HR information in a secure, efficient, and effective manner.<\/p>\n

In addition to serving as UWHR\u2019s technical liaison to Workday, HRBAIS also provides benefits accounting and information systems planning and integration, case management solutions for labor, violence prevention, disability services, benefits, compensation and employee relations, and the event registration system for The Whole U.<\/p>\n
