Temporary employment monitoring tool

Due to changes to WAC 357-04-045, the Original Temporary Employment Date (OTED) for temporary hourly staff with OTED on or prior to July 1, 2022 will have their OTED reset to July 1, 2022. Monitoring of hours worked for temporary hourly staff will be done by UWHR until employees transition to nonpermanent employment types. If you bookmarked the Temporary Employment Monitoring Tool, until all UW temporary hourly staff are transitioned to new employment types, you will continue to see nonovertime hours worked for all temporary hourly staff as of their new OTED.
