time, and end time of service<\/li>\n<li>Building name and room number<\/li>\n<li>Details of assignment, including the title of the event and the type of the event (such as lecture, presentation, meeting, concert, staff retreat, training)<\/li>\n<li>Type of service requested\u00a0(such as interpreting, captioning, amplification services, TTYs)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Accessibility-and-parking\"><\/span>Accessibility and parking<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<p>The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.washington.edu\/accessibility\/getting-around\/transportation-and-parking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Access Guide for Persons with Disabilities<\/a> contains maps with detailed descriptions of access to Seattle campus facilities.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ehs.washington.edu\/system\/files\/resources\/Focus-Sheet-disabilities-final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" id=\"Accommodation-at-the-UW-medical-facilities\"><\/span>Accommodation at the UW medical facilities<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h4>\n<h5>UW Medical Center (UWMC)<\/h5>\n<p>UW Medical Center Teleservices provides a variety of adaptive equipment for patients who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf-blind, or who have speech impairments. TTYs (regular print, large print visual display, Braille), amplified headsets, flashing light and vibrating phone alert signalers, and TV decoders are available. To request adaptive equipment, call 206-598-6970 (voice).<\/p>\n<p>Public telephones are located on each floor of the medical center and in the main lobby.
