These groups foster a sense of community in the workplace where <strong>all employees feel seen, heard and valued<\/strong> and are also a\u00a0great way to build your network and foster connections.<\/p>\n<p>Along with amplifying voices of the groups listed below, affinity groups at the UW provide space for connection, support, and community-building around shared interests.
