In cases of layoff, furlough, or retirement: you remain eligible as long as you remain PEBB eligible or 90 days after termination, whichever is later.<\/p>\n<h4>What resources are available?<\/h4>\n<p><strong>Counseling<\/strong><br \/>\n5 free visits &#8211; remote sessions available.*<\/p>\n<p><strong>Legal advice<\/strong><br \/>\nUnlimited free consultations, 25% off long term legal services.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Financial guidance<\/strong><br \/>\nSchedule a phone appointment with our in-house financial experts.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Work-Life solutions<br \/>\n<\/strong>Get referrals to community resources.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Manager&#8217;s resources<\/strong><br \/>\nA range of services for you and your team, especially when things get tough.<\/p>\n<p>* Frontline healthcare workers have access to immediate counseling, simply call 866-598-3978.<\/p>\n<h4>What to expect when you call<\/h4>\n<p>When you call UW CareLink, you\u2019ll speak with a multilingual master\u2019s level or above guidance counselor who listens to you and assesses your needs.<\/p>\n<p>The guidance counselor first asks you basic demographic questions such as your name, job and work location. Your personal information is confidential and not shared with the University. The UW only sees aggregated data that helps program administrators understand how people use the UW CareLink service.<\/p>\n<p>The guidance counselor will answer your questions, and if needed, refer you to a counselor or other appropriate resources. If your situation is urgent, the counselor is trained to begin solving it immediately.<\/p>\n<h5>How was your experience?<\/h5>\n<p>UW CareLink takes customer service very seriously. If your experience was more than you expected, or wasn\u2019t at all what you expected, we want to know.
