The changes should be visible in Workday as of July 21, 2026 and reflected on July 24, 2026 paychecks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2% across-the-board increases for contract classified<\/strong> pay tables covered by the following collective bargaining agreements:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inlandboatmen\u2019s Union (IBU)<\/li>\n<li>SEIU 1199NW HMC\/ALNW<\/li>\n<li>SEIU 1199NW Research\/Husky Health<\/li>\n<li>SEIU 1199NW UWMC-NW<\/li>\n<li>SEIU 925<\/li>\n<li>WFSE<\/li>\n<li>WSNA UWMC-NW<\/li>\n<li>WSNA UWMC-ML<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>5.9% across-the-board increase<\/strong> for Teamsters 117 Campus Police and WFSE Police Management pay tables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2% across-the-board increases for classified non-union (CNU)<\/strong> pay tables.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1% recruitment and retention increases<\/strong> on top of the across-the-board increases for pay tables covered by the following bargaining units:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>WSNA UWMC Montlake<\/li>\n<li>WSNA UWMC Northwest<\/li>\n<li>SEIU 1199NW HMC RN<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>3% recruitment and retention increases<\/strong> on top of the across-the-board increases and removal of non-monetary steps for pay Employees will see the increase on their 7\/24\/26 paychecks.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> Employee movements (<strong>new hires<\/strong>, reclassifications, R&amp;Rs, CEGP, FTE changes, and transfers) that have been initiated in Workday before May 28th, but are effective on or after 7\/1 will display the pre-7\/1 rates in Workday but will be updated centrally in time for the pay period in which they go into effect.
