First-line supervisor of computer operations personnel. In installation without Data Control Supervisors, may also supervise data control personnel.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TYPICAL WORK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>With delegated authority, interview and recommend selection of applicants, train new employees, assign and schedule work, act upon leave requires, conduct annual performance evaluations and recommend disciplinary action;<\/p>\n<p>Develop, implement and maintain operations and\/or production standards, procedures and policies to optimize computer resource usage;<\/p>\n<p>Maintain records on machine availability and problem status reports;<\/p>\n<p>Schedule maintenance with service personnel;<\/p>\n<p>May perform the duties of assigned personnel;<\/p>\n<p>Perform related duties as required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Three years of full-time experience as a Computer Operator including one year as a lead or two years as a senior operator.
