Provide technical support to computer users in the use of a variety of application software packages and respond to hardware\/software problems with corrective procedures.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under general direction, establish procedures for facility use, work methods, schedules, job priorities, and work flow. Coordinate computer and peripheral machine operations in a lab and\/or for other areas across campus AND<\/p>\n<p>1. Scope of Position&#8217;s Supervisory Responsibility<\/p>\n<p>With delegated authority, interview and recommend the selection of applicants, conduct training, assign and schedule work, act upon leave requests, conduct annual performance evaluations and recommend disciplinary actions.<\/p>\n<p>AND\/OR<br \/>\n2.
