{"id":5500,"date":"2024-03-26T16:15:08","date_gmt":"2024-03-26T23:15:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hr.uw.edu\/comp\/?page_id=5500"},"modified":"2025-05-06T13:09:57","modified_gmt":"2025-05-06T20:09:57","slug":"copy-center-assistant-courier","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hr.uw.edu\/comp\/classified-staff\/copy-center-assistant-courier\/","title":{"rendered":"Copy Center Assistant\/Courier"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>UW CODE AND REPRESENTATIVE GROUP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>17659 (NE S SEIU 925 Non Supv)<br \/>\n22396 (NE H NI SEIU 925 Non Supv)<\/p>\n<p><strong>BASIC FUNCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Collect and deliver copy jobs and other materials for Publication Services and\/or Copy Services copy center.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under direct supervision, collect and deliver copy jobs and other materials between copy centers and clients.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TYPICAL WORK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Collect and deliver copy jobs between copy center and clients;<\/p>\n<p>May collect copy center billing information, time sheets and\/or time cards and deliver them to accounting;<\/p>\n<p>May maintain Copy Services coin-op and print equipment, including placing service calls, loading paper and toner, clearing jams, cleaning equipment, and informing the Assistant Manager of any chronic, on-going issues with the equipment;<\/p>\n<p>May deliver supplies to copy centers and\/or clients.<\/p>\n<p>May occasionally perform duties of Copy\/Print Equipment Operator 1;<\/p>\n<p>Perform related duties as required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>High school graduation or GED certificate.
