{"id":5314,"date":"2024-03-26T14:47:53","date_gmt":"2024-03-26T21:47:53","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hr.uw.edu\/comp\/?page_id=5314"},"modified":"2025-05-09T10:56:42","modified_gmt":"2025-05-09T17:56:42","slug":"forms-analyst-3","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/hr.uw.edu\/comp\/classified-staff\/forms-analyst-3\/","title":{"rendered":"Forms Analyst 3"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>UW CODE AND REPRESENTATIVE GROUP<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>17028 (NE S SEIU 925 Non Supv)<br \/>\n22212 (NE H NI SEIU 925 Non Supv)<\/p>\n<p><strong>DEFINITION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Assists in the development and control of a forms management program in a large organization.<\/p>\n<p><strong>DISTINGUISHING CHARACTERISTICS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Perform lead duties over Forms Analysts in the analysis, design, development, and control of forms.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TYPICAL WORK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Study existing forms and develop a forms control program;<\/p>\n<p>Participate in procedural studies to eliminate forms duplication and to establish forms standardization;<\/p>\n<p>Confer with data processing personnel and develop data processing forms for current and future systems;<\/p>\n<p>Meet with office and department personnel to develop forms compatible with current, as well as future, requirements;<\/p>\n<p>Consolidate and standardize existing forms according to good forms design principles;<\/p>\n<p>Assist in developing specialized files pertinent to the &#8220;&#8221;Forms Management&#8221;&#8221; program;<\/p>\n<p>Visit designated units periodically to assist in forms development;<\/p>\n<p>Contribute to the development of a &#8220;&#8221;Forms Control&#8221;&#8221; program within individual units;<\/p>\n<p>Perform related duties as required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Bachelor&#8217;s Degree in business administration, accounting, industrial engineering, or a closely related field and two years of experience in forms design work or forms management.
