Conduct research, analysis and\/or evaluation for the development of planning processes including systems design and implementation in support of institutional program strategic planning.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TYPICAL WORK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Determine resource allocation and resource loading and leveling by developing baseline plans and schedules, tracking progress, assessing status, and forecasting probable outcomes of variances;<\/p>\n<p>Organize and develop a study plan from a general problem statement or statement of objectives;<\/p>\n<p>Determine project requirements, identify and research data sources, develop or revise survey questionnaires to obtain data;<\/p>\n<p>Perform analysis of data including development of statistical and computer simulation models;<\/p>\n<p>Coordinate work activities with others;<\/p>\n<p>Provide staff assistance for and attend various administrative committee meetings to review planning problems\/developments;<\/p>\n<p>Assist in the development of proposals; collect, analyze, and incorporate feedback on plan drafts;<\/p>\n<p>Develop planning activities, processes, and parameters including the development of concepts and measurement of activities;<\/p>\n<p>Analyze and evaluate planning reports and their impact;<\/p>\n<p>Direct the work of others;<\/p>\n<p>Perform related duties as required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A Master&#8217;s Degree in business, health administration, public health or a related field.<\/p>\n<p>Equivalent education and\/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and\/or registration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CLASSIFICATION HISTORY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>05\/17\/1973: New Class<br \/>\n07\/02\/1990: Revise MQ<br \/>\n05\/13\/1994: Revise Class<br \/>\n05\/01\/2000: New to CSA<br \/>\n06\/01\/2005: CSR Class Conversion<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UW CODE AND REPRESENTATIVE GROUP 17204 (NE S SEIU 925 Non Supv) 22250 (NE H NI SEIU 925 Non Supv) CLASS SERIES CONCEPT Develop strategies, research and coordinate implementation of strategic and long-range planning activities.
