Under general supervision, receive, issue, store, and inventory supplies in an organization stockroom in accordance with established policies and objectives. Plan and organize work, determine the methods which will be used to complete work and assist in determining priorities and deadlines.<\/p>\n<p><strong>TYPICAL WORK<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lead staff issuing materials, supplies, and equipment;<\/p>\n<p>Maintain manual or automated inventory control of supplies, materials, and equipment; insure proper tag inventory as outlined by state procedures; maintain records of equipment;<\/p>\n<p>Monitor movement of stock and supplies; obtain estimates of future needs from users; prepare and submit purchase orders and requisitions;<\/p>\n<p>Develop stocking plans and rearrange stock to accommodate inventory movement; use appropriate materials handling equipment to move stock and equipment;<\/p>\n<p>Instruct users and stockroom personnel on cleaning and minor repairs of used stock;<\/p>\n<p>Prepare and price inventory lists for stockroom; expedite special orders from central stores and outside vendors;<\/p>\n<p>Maintain stockroom and perform custodial duties in assigned stockroom areas;<\/p>\n<p>Clean and make repairs on equipment;<\/p>\n<p>Perform the work of Stockroom Attendant II;<\/p>\n<p>Perform related duties as required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>High school graduation or equivalent AND one year of full-time experience in retail selling, shipping, and receiving or warehouse work or as a Stockroom Attendant II.<\/p>\n<p>Equivalent education and\/or experience may substitute for minimum qualifications except when there are legal requirements, such as a license, certification, and\/or registration.<\/p>\n<p><strong>CLASSIFICATION HISTORY<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>07\/12\/1973: New Class<br \/>\n06\/02\/1989: Revise Class and Title<br \/>\n06\/01\/2005: CSR Class Conversion<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>UW CODE AND REPRESENTATIVE GROUP 18675 (NE S WFSE HMC) 22746 (NE H NI WFSE HMC) 18590 (NE S WFSE Campuswide) 22915 (NE H NI WFSE Campuswide) BASIC FUNCTION Lead [&hellip;]<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":96,"featured_media":0,"parent":12,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","template":"","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_lmt_disableupdate":"no","_lmt_disable":"no","footnotes":""},"class_list":["post-4432","page","type-page","status-publish","format-standard","hentry"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.2 -
