Write programming solutions using all levels of programming languages and other supporting computer based tools such as database management systems, report generators, system utilities, and commercial application software in various computing environments and technologies. Advise departments and\/or the institution(s) on long term strategic information management and planning.<\/p>\n<p>This series differs from other computer related series in that the major function is in development and maintenance of business, administrative, instructional support, and\/or courseware systems.<\/p>\n<p><strong>BASIC FUNCTION<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Perform systems analysis\/programming tasks such as writing, testing, debugging, implementing, documenting, and maintaining simple computer programs using programming languages, database systems, and software utilities.
