Analyze user requirements and recommend solutions;<\/p>\n<p>Prepare detailed specification documents for acquisition of appropriate vendor equipment and services;<\/p>\n<p>Evaluate completed installations of equipment and services to ensure adequate functioning and user satisfaction;<\/p>\n<p>Maintain familiarity with current technological developments in the telecommunications industry;<\/p>\n<p>Assist in the design of new systems;<\/p>\n<p>May perform duties of Telecommunications Analyst I;<\/p>\n<p>Perform related duties as required.<\/p>\n<p><strong>MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Two years of experience as a Telecommunications Analyst I or equivalent.
