Our new Campaign Assistants are Elica Atizena, Nicole Chen and Najma Mohamed.<\/p>\n

Nicole recently graduated from UW. Go Dawgs! Originally from China, she is excited to spend the next few months of her grad school gap year with UWCFD, supporting the campaign and getting to know the people and community that make UW so special.<\/p>\n
Outside of work, Nicole enjoys staying active through bouldering, running, and yoga. She also loves solving Sudoku puzzles and practicing Ikebana, the Japanese art of flower arrangement.<\/p>\n

Najma is excited to join the UWCFD campaign team and be part of this year\u2019s giving campaign! She\u2019s a Seattle native and UW alumna, and brings five years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, and HR in the corporate world. Najma\u2019s excited to bring her experience working with people and teams into employee engagement and, most importantly, help connect UW employees with the many incredible nonprofits making a difference across Washington.<\/p>\n
Outside of work, she\u2019s a mom to two little girls, so life is always busy! When Najma gets the chance, she loves to travel, try new restaurants and cafes, and explore Seattle and beyond with my family. Najma is looking forward to getting to know the UW community, meeting everyone, and being part of a campaign that brings people together to support causes that matter.<\/p>\n

Elica is a UW alumna with a degree in Health Informatics & Health Information Management. Her professional background spans both healthcare and the music industry, where she worked in artist management.<\/p>\n
As a Campaign Assistant, Elica is excited to combine her experience in relationship-building and project coordination to support this year\u2019s campaign. Outside of work, she enjoys attending live music and concerts, traveling, and finding new trails, hikes, and places to explore.<\/p>\n
